Day 9: headache and fatigue became better, have some energies and start to pickup some of my good habits, such as writing post, accordion, surfskating exercise, plan travel for other places.
Day 10: still feel exhausted, harder to concentrate, still congestion in chest. But I am able to take a walk, concentrate on reading books and writing posts.

Strategy of adjusting strategy when sick:
1) still put interpersonal communication first
2) For assigned work get the ball rolling, keep some momentum, delegate when possible.
3)delay all activities that’s not helpful to recovery, prioritize rest and hydrate, nutrition. Quick recovery is the most efficient way to catch up.
4) admit the lower quality of thinking produced when sick.
5)admit that it is hard.
6)resist to any temptation of excessive activities, including sex, big eating and such. I follow eastern wisdom on this part, let body heal itself, do not give too much stimulus, wait for it to store up energy and gradually become more sensitive to surrounding until a point that is natural to happen. No need to frighten, seduce, force drive the body into any state, follow the natural way to recover.
Also stay close to nature as much as possible:
